2. General information

We process personal data only where this is necessary to provide this website, respond to enquiries or on the basis of consent. The relevant purposes, legal bases and retention periods are described below.

3. Provision of the website and server logs

When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary information. This may include the IP address, time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred, previously visited page and browser and operating-system information. Processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Under the current configuration, server logs are deleted after no more than 35 days unless further retention is required for security reasons.

4. Contacting us

If you contact us by contact form, email, telephone or WhatsApp, we process your details to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where pre-contractual or contractual communication is concerned; in other cases, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We delete enquiry data once its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention obligations or legitimate reasons require further storage.

5. Contact form and spam protection

In the contact form we process the contact details, project information and message content you enter. We also process a random session identifier, a security feature against forged requests, the form start time and a non-reversible identifier used to limit sending attempts. This data serves secure transmission and protection against automated requests.

If reCAPTCHA has not been authorised or configured, only the local, data-minimising spam protection is used.

6. WhatsApp

The “Send via WhatsApp” button opens WhatsApp with a message prepared from your form entries. Data is transferred to WhatsApp only when you send the message there yourself. The respective provider is responsible for further processing by WhatsApp. Use the contact form or email instead if you do not wish to communicate through WhatsApp.

7. Consent management

Your choice regarding optional services is stored locally in your browser. No information is transmitted to our server. The legal basis for this technically necessary storage is Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

8. Google reCAPTCHA

After your express consent, Google reCAPTCHA may be loaded to protect the contact form. Google may process technical usage data and use cookies or similar technologies. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time through the cookie settings.

9. Google Analytics 4

After your express consent, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The service processes in particular page views and interactions, approximate location, browser and device information and pseudonymous identifiers in first-party cookies. Google states that IP addresses are used during collection but are not logged or stored. This website disables Google signals and advertising personalisation in its integration. The standard GA4 cookies _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> may be stored for up to two years. Retention of user-level and event-level data follows the setting selected in the GA4 property; aggregated standard reports may be unaffected. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings.

10. Your rights

Within the statutory requirements, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. In particular, the competent authority may be that of your habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.

11. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access. The production website is transmitted in encrypted form.
